50 Words Writing Competition
Can you be remarkable in 50 words?
Legend Press has launched a nationwide writing competition to encourage
creative writing and to celebrate the success of its first publication, The
Remarkable Everyday. Simply write 50 words on something that is
remarkable about your everyday life and the 50 top entries will be chosen and
published in the second of Legend Press’ short story series, due to be launched
late-2006. Each winner will also receive a free copy of The Remarkable
Everyday.
The Remarkable Everyday is a collection of eight stories written by
different authors, with each one portraying a character for a single day. To
date, it is being sold in three countries, was placed on the W H Smith
Short Story Bestseller List and has been awarded five stars by Blackwell’s and
Amazon.
